Haven't posted anything here as a finished build for a while, so thought I'd share this pearl white "curbside", with a burgandy scratch-built 'Vert top.

'32 chrysler bumpers, '58 Edsal continental kit, recessed Chrysler wires, chopped windshield, wedge-cut hood side panels, and a little BMF to add a little "Sparkle" ;) .

I don't like '39 chevy coupes, so I decided to make one I liked.

To me this is just a nice clean simple build that I love to look at.

I love continental kits and this was a natural to me.

I love the profile with the chopped roof - Nice and sleek :P .

I love the way the roof flows with the rear deck.

Are you SURE you didn't lop the top off those front tires to fit in the fenders????? :):)

I like looking at this too ... fantastic little details.

Hey Dave, great build, as usual. I wasn't sure if I had seen this one in person until you stated that you had built it years back then I remembered that I had either at a show or a club meeting.

Thanks Neal :)

Like I said in my first post, I don't much care for these either.

I just saw something in it that I thought would possibly bring out it's best. Kinda fun when it works  .

Thanks again - dave ;)
