Hello, this is one of my oldest kit, a '69Shelby GT 500, I bought this one back in 1994 when I was in junior high.

This kit has been through couple times of rebuilt, at first it was oob and painted with mica blue, and then I changed the color to Gun Metal.

This is the result of the last rebuilt which I did a year ago.

Let me know what you think, and thanks for looking

Cheers,

That's a beauty! I like the wheels and the color.

I guess I'm nit-picking, but that's not a '69. That's the 1967-68 body style. I'm thinking it's a 1967.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Very nice. Where can I get a set of those wheels?

Many thanks for the correction, it is actually a 67 , not 69 GT 500.

The wheels are box stock part of aoshima's Honda Odyssey RB 1 Noblese-Worten. Since I put a 20" wheels in the Odyssey, these wheels went to the GT 500.

However, aoshima also sell the wheels separately. I suppose you can try to browse online stores for the wheels, it's called Amistad Rotino (19")

Thanks
