oldman23
Hi Everyone Could anyone tell me if you know of some real simple snap kits. I'm looking for something simple for my grand kids to put together with my help of coarse. I'm not at all familiar with them and I'd like to get a couple with real low parts count Can anyone refer me to some ? Please PM me or E-Mail me direct ernie-p@cox.net Thank You Ernie
Guest promodmerc
Revell has a few. '69 Z28 '57 Chevy '63-67 Corvette (don't know the exact year) There might be more. What kills me is the cost. They run $17 at Hobby Lobby They are 30% off this week though.
E St. Kruiser50
The MPC '33 Willys re-issue is a good snap kit. Still on the shelves. Good kit, simple, and looks KOOOL when finished. I bought one and chopped it up for my '33 Victoria .

I think I also saw the new Challenger.
Lyn
AMT Ertl Snapfast has some very easy ones. I have a few listed on ebay right now. I pulled them down after I read your post. One has 28 parts and one has 40 parts, the one I gave Dalton from my post was a Snapfast. so you can look them up here are the names. purolator Chevrolet Model# 8722 Lamborghini Diablo Model# 8710 I have a monogram Snaptite, it doesn't list a parts count though. Turbo Camaro Model# 1419 If you have some sort of car in mind let me know I can look in storage and give you a parts count and model number so you can look them up. How awesome that you are building with your Grandkids. post pictures

randx0
also the revell 34 ford is a goood lookin kit right out of the box. the 57 chevy,63 vette and 70 chevelle are also good kits . and for all out ease of assembly the jada speed racer cars can be built in ten minutes and the stickers are the hardest part but gives you an opportunity to "help" . some of the snaps from the eighties are not as forgiving as the current crop available .and also the revell kits come in three colors usually so any of those should be fine.
