dimaxion Posted September 2, 2009 Posted September 2, 2009 Modelhaus Kit . The paint was mixed for my Airbrush to match a Tucket at the Auburn Museum at the time of the build . Thanx..
george 53 Posted September 2, 2009 Posted September 2, 2009 John, that is beautiful! I've never seen one built up. I've seen a Die-Cast one in 18th scale, but I'm a 25th scale kinda guy(OLD habits die HARD! ) I'm assumeing it's a curb-side? Knowing Modelhaus quality, was it easy to build? What did it cost? It SURE is unique!!!

Aaronw Posted September 2, 2009 Posted September 2, 2009 Nice job on something we don't see much. I know there is some debate on whether or not the car would have lived up to Tucker's claims, but it was a good looking car.

I know there is some debate on whether or not the car would have lived up to Tucker's claims, but it was a good looking car. A lot of Tucker's initial ideas for the car didn't make it to production due to various reasons (practicality, availabilty, cost)... but even in it's "watered-down" production version the performance was right up there with the best of the competition.
Captain Obvious Posted September 2, 2009 Posted September 2, 2009 That looks great! I wish one of the manufacturers would do a full-detail kit of the Tucker...
