Holy ######! I'm gone a few hours and a "situation" breaks out!

I just saw it, and I don't like what I see. If any member here has any issues with another member for whatever reason... remember that we have a PM function for that! Let's face it, we're not all going to get along all of the time, but let's at least keep our personal posts exactly that–private and personal, via PMs.

thank you harry! this is a public forum! and it needs to stay that way! not a war zone! LOL!!! quick question, was i the only one that sent you a pm about it? LOL!!!

Thank you Harry. I just saw the first 2 posts and didn't like it at all. People do have different ideas or opinions on things but this is a forum about model cars and there is no need for that type of exchange.

Maybe or maybe not... but there should be some rule about animated signatures. When ever you post, my computer really slows down and it's starting to become a distraction to a seemingly relaxing hobby dude.

I'm with Jairus, if I see a post by you Brad(Kuztommodelss88) I just don't click on them. Not offended, but it takes away from the post itself. I almost feel like you are begging for attention.

Just my opinion and you'll do as you please, no problem, but it does stop me from checking out anything model related you have to say.

Thanks

Chris

400 gig storage?

That's child's play! :D

I have a couple of 1 TB (terrabyte) external HDS that should give me enough space for a while...

BTW... I agree it's a nice idea to keep all the animations out of your sig lines. You can always use an animated avatar if you're that much into the animated stuff...

ok well i am already in it from earlier, so, well, i know you wasn't trying to be rude, but i did take offence to that! that was a little harsh to say that you don't read any of my posts casue of the videos!

Yeah Harry... as far as Mac's go it is pretty old school. But it works for me for now and I can blog while having Illustrator, PhotoShop, Word, my mail and Safari all going at once.

Oh and I listen to talk radio on-line now too....

All that and Gregg built it for me to boot.

But I never figured that animated signatures would slow it down... just imagine the bandwidth Gregg is paying for!!!

well the videos are gone now, so NO ONE has to worry about it again!

It's amazing how hard drive capacity has gone up while prices have gone down. Just think, in a few years 1TB will seem old fashioned. We'll have iPods with more storage than that!

well there is a big problem with that..... any of those videos i tried in the avatar, and this site says that the file is not a correct file or something stupid like that! so thats another reason why i put them in my sig! but like i said, NO ONE will ever have to worry about them again!

Macs, from the house of Gregg!

Is this going to be a habit?

Come on Harry, only 1TBers?

hehehehe

Dual 1.5 TB inside, plus enough externals for a third world country outside, full 2TB RAID, real time backup, and a partridge in a pair tree.

And I want more!!!!

Give me my 30" monitor!

I'm tired of the 24" dual monitors.... plus the 19 next to the notebook.

I sent Dave Pye a G4 also, hopefully he'll get it going soon.

Who's next?

oh yeah, Darryl......

One big happy Mac family!

Thanks, Woz!

I think there are some settings that can be changed with the upgrade to the forum software

One of these days I'll get around to it....

The Chicago iHobby prep is killing me!
