Jeff Johnston Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 Happily sawing this one apart...the doors presented quite a few unforseen challenges. I had to take quite a bit off of the upper part of chassis for the hinges to work (they were hitting and the door stuck open). Now its onto building the door jambs before I move onto the other side.
MrObsessive Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 Nice Work Jeff!! Yeah, those doors are tricky due to the unique shape and all. Your door gaps are excellent! Nice and tight they are!
Dr. Cranky Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 Clean work so far . . . these kinds of things will pay off big in the long run.
CB Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 WOW! Nice clean cutting there Jeff! You wouldn't happen to be a surgeon would you?
93Z34 Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 Looks great so far! I'm impressed with the tight fit of the door. It's obvious you've done this before.
