jjsipes Posted October 16, 2009 Posted October 16, 2009 Here are a few w.i.p. of my 32 Fords that I have been messing around with. First the 3 window coupe was sprayed with Tamiya Sky Blue Anodized Aluminum then cleared with Testors Lacquer Clear. Hand painted wide whites with Torq mags. Blue interior Second the 5 window coupe was sprayed with a mixture of Testors Copper and Boyd Orange Pearl then cleared with Testors Lacquer clear. I love this clear. Have been successful spraying it over lacquer, automotive lacquer, Tamiya paints and Testors enamels. The interior id Dupli-color Wimbelton White with Rust carpet. The steel wheels was painted with same color as the interior. I used the early hemi as well. What do you all think?
caine440 Posted October 16, 2009 Posted October 16, 2009 I think they look Great. Keep us posted. The colors are really outstanding.

Modellpularn Posted October 17, 2009 Posted October 17, 2009 They look real cool, both. I must say I really like how that blue turned out, and the whitewalls sets it off perfectly!!
Dave Darby Posted October 17, 2009 Posted October 17, 2009 I think they look great. I think my fave is the red one. The steelies are a great choice. I wish Revell would have put something a little more period correct for valve covers. Are you using the macro mode on your camera? It looks like a flower. It will give you much sharper photos when shooting at close range.
