Harry P. Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 Steve, is your Beaumont a kit or is it scratchbuilt? I don't remember ever seeing a Beaumont kit.
John E. Bowers Jr. Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 I like to build muscle cars in scale. Here are some... And the real drivers...
beefheart22 Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 Guys who think engine size doesn't matter have small engines them selves... mua ha ha ha ha!
6T9bronzeT5 Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 Hey! I just realized I only have ONE muscle car built to my name! I need to build up a few more! You all have seen this one.........hard to believe it's almost 10 years old! Wow....that Daytona is STUNNING! Amazing job on that...I'm speechless. All I build is muscle cars, I'll post pictures tomorrow. I'm tired and going to sleep!

My 70 Plymouth Road Runner, in 1/25 scale, sorry for all collectors fan, it's old Johan kit not an restoration, an brand new kits, now built!!! diymirage Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 Nope. It's all about the engine. That's what defines a muscle car. It has nothing to do with how you drive, it has to do with what you have under the hood. exactly but having said that, just keep in mind it is always more fun to drive a slow car fast then a fast car slow and also, since we seen to have moved away from the souped up muscle cars and included the factory rides i found one or two more 1979 firebird TA 1970 challenger RTA (sexy in primer isnt she?) and in paint hemi 'cuda (these next pics are older and therefore taken with an older camera)
diymirage Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 and some stuff thats still coming the 57 VW beetle pickup and since it is ALL about the engine (the VW will have a custom turbo'd GTI engine) here is the mill that will go (one day) into my 56 ford civ....a blown 427 the second biggest engine i ever slapped in a car (see the focus)
Brian Fishburn Posted November 14, 2009 Posted November 14, 2009 I'll play along. I think I have something for most everyone I DO love GTO's A little Mopar action followed closely (ha!) by (yeah, it's technically a pony car, not a muscle car. Sue me) A little bowtie pony car One I built and gave away More mopar There's a GTO back there!
