Could be a tough match for ole St. Nick........The Great pumpkin could have a substantial size difference and may end up "rolling through" the jolly fat man during the standup exchanges.

I gotta go with the pumpkin by 1st round TKO....Santa will likely be too slow to effectively counter punch the enraged Jack-o-lantern, and may also have bad cardio due to his weight gain at this time of year....
