Custom Hearse Posted December 5, 2009 Posted December 5, 2009 I was thinking about the resolution I made last year, wanting to complete 5 models in one year... I fell short by 1/2 a model. Model #1 Model #2 Model #3 Model #4 The 1/2 model... This time, I'm gonna up the ante, and try to complete 7 (!) models in 2010. What is everyone else gonna do this new year? Post your New Years modeling resolutions here and see if you can complete them.
RodneyBad Posted December 5, 2009 Posted December 5, 2009 Finish more than one Ditto and finish my paint booth.
oldscool Posted December 5, 2009 Posted December 5, 2009 (edited) You can do it man! You still got a month to finish the other half. My resolution is not to buy anymore kits until I build at least 10 of what i have(except for the new Revell Hemi Darts) Edited December 5, 2009 by oldscool
JamesW Posted December 5, 2009 Posted December 5, 2009 (edited) Umm.........Marshall...........I noticed the mirrors missing on the F-350, so would that count as about an 3/4 of a model? OOH, and the mirrors on the wrecker are missing too. LOL Edited December 5, 2009 by grimreaper

Custom Hearse Posted December 5, 2009 Author Posted December 5, 2009 Goal for 2010 is to finish something....bought maybe 75 kits this year, didn't finish one. Sounds familiar... where did I hear that before... Oh yeah, I said it too!
bobss396 Posted December 5, 2009 Posted December 5, 2009 I finished 1, started about 6 others to add to the semi-done pile. I only bought about 8, so far. If I can get going on a roll, I could finish about 5 with little a effort. Bob
Harold Posted December 5, 2009 Posted December 5, 2009 My goals are as follows: Finish the Predictor Finish my '64 Marauder Finish two F-150's Finish my '89 Mustang Maybe, just maybe, finish my '59 Imperial (languishing since '07) Finish my Secret Project

I hope he does have it! That would be a great kit for you to have. The molds as I understood, are no longer usable, which is a shame because they would sell like hotcakes! The last time I talked to Okey, he said he was planning to reissue the original casket and church truck, but that was over 2 years ago, so I guess that fell through...
disabled modeler Posted December 6, 2009 Posted December 6, 2009 Marshal, it very hard to try not to get my hopes up too much for one, i love the johans and hearses. i dont have a whole hearse now just some of the parts to it.....where they went to is anyones guess? mine is missing ......entire body assembly, glass,hood,gate,bumpers,head/taillights,landau bars, wheel covers.....not much to go on but its too cool of a kit to give-up on.....besides it would be cool to use in a diorama....parked at the gas station getting serviced maybe? mark
Guest arni Posted December 6, 2009 Posted December 6, 2009 Well I have completed 24 kits so far this year...Hope to make it 30..LOL

This reminds me, for a slight change of topic. I had Jo-Han's new Internet site bookmarked prior to my harddrive going bad. Do you happen to have the new one, as the Yahoo! group (at least last I checked) didn't. Charlie Larkin
