I was given a model and a challenge to do for a friend. It is a 2010 Camaro Sport Wagon Concept vehicle. I have been piddlin with this for around two months. But I think I am finially happy with the way it looks and the way it flows. Let me know what you think. Thanks. Jody

Jody, Jimmy Flintstone makes a pretty cool one in resin that he sells for 10 bucks at the toy shows. What did you make the rear part of the roof from? It looks like it came out pretty good. it flows well, as you said. :D;)

Oh sure, now you tell me! LOL. I looked everywheres and couldnt find one and proceded to convert the kit body. LOL. The rear section of the roof is from the kit itself. I had made a relief cut and layed it down some. I added plastic to the center to lengthen it! JOdy

This has me wondering ..... first it's too new for me to work on , I only recognize cars built to Elvis Presleys death and its too complicated for me to ponder over especially since we got snowed on last night ! I hate snow ! Ed Shaver

Well, trying to get it even and looking right, it has been some time here and there. However, if I had two bodies to work from, it would have been much simpler! LOL. I just basically removed the trunk, then cut off the back of the cabin and made a relief cut in it and moved it back. I then drew my lines for where the trim would go along the bottom of the back windows and cleaned that up. I then made the center piece for the roof. After that was solid, I made my new side pillar and finished making the trim ect. Its not perfect and it will take some time to smooth it out and contour it just a little better at this point. As for the chassis, I am just going to add a piece of plastic behind the woofers to make it a deck lid all the way back. Thanks. Jody

Oh, by the way, the newest wagon I saw on Jimmy's site was a 2007, a charger and camaro maybe? Jody

I believe the Jimmy Flintstone Camaro Wagon body uses the AMT concept Camaro. Therefore it is not a 2010. I have seen it at my LHS. He also makes a new Trans Am concept that uses the AMT concept Camaro for the donor kit.

Jody

Here is a few picks done (I presume) from the Flintstone resin body, shown for inspiration!

While cruising his site, I did spy a really nice looking chopped T altered body!! Hows his stuff compair to comp resin? Jody

A few of the people in the no, compare the other casters to the standards of "Jimmy Flintstone", if they are real nice.

Meaning that if the casters are really great, they might compare in quality to some of Jimmy's stuff.

Those two look nice. But for some reason, I think my b and c pillars give mine more style?LOL. As far as comparing resin, thats funny! actually comp resins, now altered states has a chopped tall t altered body!! So I think Ill be ordering my first Jimmy product as soon as I can afford it! LOL. For the mustang, that would be cool to see! You know, I dont think I ever saw a stang II sport wagon either? Jody
