We all can get along together merely by trying.

Nope, it's a human condition to be at odds with someone at some time.

Thank you Gregg,it is about time this happened.I have only been here a few months myself and the behaviour put me off visiting sometimes, start reading an interesting thread and all of a sudden it would go off on some strange tangent!

While I have been around the block a few times the reason I come to a modeling forum is for modeling LOL

Thanks again Gregg.

Why you old blankity-blank!! ;)

I think I can manage that. How about banning people who don't even try to use punctuation. That is almost more offensive. :P

Andy, GO TO YOUR ROOM, NOW!!!

I agree about at least a list of words, other than the obvious 4 letter words not to use for the same reason posted above so as not to get hit without realizing you did something. The other day I typed Rap with a C in front Yea may seem very obvious but it's a word that is there and some Myself included might not realize was not allowed. Obviously the filter caught it and I was like OH OK can't use it. but it would suck to get the one warning for unknowingly doing a bad word. Then a few days later I happen to find the next and I am banned.

I also agree with the Name in the post. It either needs to be Enforced or Dropped. I mean you asked us to do it most of us did. The other guys refused and nothing happens to them. Why should the rest of us do it then Nothing is going to happen to us if we don't.

Now as you can obviously see I have no problem puttin my name in my post I even asked Gregg to change my user name. So now if you miss the signature ya got another way to see it. I'm just saying What's the point for those who did it only to follow a rule ??

Rick, I don't need a list

Just think of it this way: Don't swear! Don't even think about it.

Yes, you got hit with one of the early filter/blocks rap it with a c, but that was from old/first time we did forum

If you want to yell at someone, or cuss, do it in your head.

Consider this a "G" rated forum.

Just keep it super clean.

There is no need to cuss, swear, or even attempt to with the *&^%.

This as plain and simple as it can get.

Don't even say you're pissed at someone.

A better way would be: "I am upset at what happened."

Does this make sense?

Is my point being made?

I know I am guilty of a major outburst a few months ago, and that shows that I am human, but also it shows that even though we have instant gratification with the Internet and our computers nowadays, we should all stop and read what you have typed before you press the "Add Reply" button.

I should make it a default that the post will have to go through "Preview Post", but I don't know if that is an option.

Okay, now I pau, I am going to close and pin this thread.

Keep it clean, sanitary, and we all will enjoy our model building days better.

Wow, again! Another post that had me rolling on the floor due to rediculosity. I’ll refrain from identifying the post or poster, but my guess is those who witnessed the thread that apparently spawned this one know what I’m talking about. Someone needs either a time out or a reality check. Now, back to building!
