Im doing a 63 vert Nova SS for a friends Father who actually owns a real one and he says his dad will notice there are no snaps around the crome trim on the top boot . If you have any ideas I sure could use them by the 29. Thats his B Day. So if you can help thanks!

You could get a piece of brass or aluminum tubing close to the required size. Sharpen it to resemble a hole punch and cut them from Bare Metal Foil. leave the backing on them and white glue them in place.

Hey thanks for the idea i dont know if it would make it here in time but I'll have to keep that in mind.

Welcome, anytime. I usually get mine in about a week I think, but I have not bought anything from them in a couple months. Purple has a pretty good idea there too.

would the head of a straight pin be the correct diameter?

cut the head off of the pin, file the back flat and glue in place.

just a thought off the top of my head

Probably too big for a 1/24 or 25. Good idea though.

How about simulated rivets? They are made as small as .020", maybe smaller.
