  1. +1 on MightyMouse. Dealt with him many times and have been very happy.
  2. For scripts and other small details go to the Auto Parts store and pick up a tube of Red Silicone gasket sealer. You can put about a quarter size blob on the detail you want to copy. After letting it dry for a couple of days peel it off slowly. Hopefuly you have a nice negative of what you want. Then spray some silicone lube on the mold and let dry. This acts like mold release. Then mix up some clear 2-part epoxy and flow it into your mold. Make sure there are no air bubbles. Let harden. Then sand the back side untill you get very close to what you want to keep. Foil or paint and attach to your model with super-glue or clear Elmers. Plastic gule will not work. F.W.I.W...
  3. Thank you both!! That is exactly what I was looking for.
  4. Can anybody tell me what year Revell/Monogram's 1929 FORD pick up was first issued? Thanks in advance!!!

  7. You could get a piece of brass or aluminum tubing close to the required size. Sharpen it to resemble a hole punch and cut them from Bare Metal Foil. leave the backing on them and white glue them in place.
  8. Me Too !!! and they are all worse than the default.

  16. That would be pretty sweet as a static model. The fact that you can actually drive it makes it that much better.
  17. At 40 I decided I needed to make a career change so for the last nine years I have worked for the largest telecommunications company in the world. I do UNIX programming and Internet Protocol Telephone support for companies like Ford, American Red Cross and Kaiser Permanente. Previous to that I worked 20 years for Nissan Motor Company as a Master Technician.
  18. Just breathe on it after you get it in place. You know like when you clean your glasses.
