Mooneyzs Posted May 2, 2011 Author Posted May 2, 2011 Brett & Jim.... Thank you guys for the nice words on this build. I am very happy with the final results with this build. I sometimes wish I would of put a little more detail in it but with it being started many years ago I couldnt' be happier with the results. I have some future plans of doing another super comp car but this time it will be a super comp dragster (which I have had in the back of my mind for years about doing) and will have more detail and scrratch building the frame but before I get to that build I have some of my others I will be focusing on well unless I get that itch to start another kit in the process of working on a my others.... what modeler doesn't have enough kits started
hOLMS Posted May 5, 2011 Posted May 5, 2011 Bad to the bone!!! This was my fav on the site, but someone's Army Vega has now taken those honors....sorry. LOL. Seriously, this is a beautiful build. I can only hope my Chevelle will be this clean. hOLMS
AZ Boy Posted May 5, 2011 Posted May 5, 2011 Great job on this Chris! Sorry I missed out on the Desert Scale Classic, but maybe you'll bring it back next year for me to see. Aaron
W-409 Posted May 5, 2011 Posted May 5, 2011 LOOKING REALLY COOL! I've never seen SC altered before on 1:25 scale... This one looks very good to me. I like that color and paintjob, great. Engine detailing looks very very good too and that "steering wheel" is nice. Great wheels and tires, this build up one was very fun to watch, thanx for sharing it!
Kanedge Posted May 5, 2011 Posted May 5, 2011 Sweet build, love how deep the paint looks. Great to see a different car being modelled.
