What I'm working on (and off) as of late

330frame030310.jpg

Peterbilt 330-340 straight truck. Not sure what the body will be. The frame is Evergreen and Plastruct channel and strips. I will add bolt detail and finish the crossmembers.

This will be a straight-forward box-stock build.

I finished this one up the other day..

I wondered what you were going to do with that 330 hood. Is the 330 the Peterbilt equilivent of the Kenworth T370? what cab are you going to use?

I like the colors on your 378. It's really quite nice.

I saw on your site you built (or are building) the Lindberg van trailer. How's the fit? Is it accurate?

Jim

I built the Lindberg van back in '08 and never finished it. I can't remember any fit problems, it seemed to go together nicely.

The 330 will use a modified 377 cab. The 325, 330, 335, 337, 340, 348 are the "baby Pete's" built in Ste.Therese, Quebec along with the Kenworth T370. Same market. Class 5, 6 and 7.

Here's a real 340

Oh boy....Lookin' good!

Looking forward to seeing the progress on the '330'.

I'm telling you...I am in love with that '378'! I love the colors!

Thanks for sharing Tim.

Yup. I don't know who suggested this a while back, but it sure makes the roof light look better. Especially on a light colored roof.

Oh, I get it Tim! You used black marker on the lights to simulate the rubber gaskets.
