elan Posted March 15, 2010 Posted March 15, 2010 How about all of the Chargers that were ruined making that juvinile TV show?
VW Dave Posted March 15, 2010 Posted March 15, 2010 another very cool Charger was Mr.Angry from the Bull Run show. And how about "Mr. Angrier" - the latest rally-ready Charger from the same guy: MR. ANGRY INC.
sjordan2 Posted March 15, 2010 Author Posted March 15, 2010 Okay, just to follow up on why I started this thread. It doesn't matter if you agree with me or if you don't, because this is an iconic car with a huge following, and let everyone choose his own preference for it. I am not at all a Mopar guy, and I am not a muscle car fan. But I think this era of the Dodge Charger is one of the most superbly styled cars ever. I think that all the 1:1 decals and aftermarket stuff have disguised the attributes of this beautiful car, and the later stylings of it in clean, Euro mode have shown what it could be. There's no reason to be on one side or another.
Tommy Kortman Posted March 15, 2010 Posted March 15, 2010 Other than the steering wheel being on the wrong side, I love it!

Just to follow up on my own train of thought, who could argue with the reduction to utter simplicity of some of the greatest American styling of all time? The 56-57 Lincoln Continental doesn't need any tinkering, but think about the first editions of the Olds Toronado and, later into the model years, the Buick Riviera, without the need of vinyl tops and extra chrome.
Blake Rogers Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 And how about "Mr. Angrier" - the latest rally-ready Charger from the same guy: MR. ANGRY INC. i have a hemmings mag on this car i love it
