juergen Posted April 10, 2010 Author Posted April 10, 2010 hi guys ! after a little more hours of detailing the motor it´s finished and here are the pics: greets juergen
Guest Sickfish Posted April 10, 2010 Posted April 10, 2010 Hello Juergen! You have done a wonderful job, so far, on your 'Bee!! Those dog dish wheels look beautiful & dog dish wheels look fantastic on any MOPAR!! I have posted pics, with an answer, on how to fix the steering wheel/colomn problem, in my Superbee thread. It's very easy to fix, all you have to do is re-angle ( drill ) the hole in the dashboard, so the colomn/wheel sits higher ;-) Cheers Cliffo :-)
juergen Posted April 19, 2010 Author Posted April 19, 2010 hi modellers ! now i can finished the super bee. little parts parts i can see are to do this time for example to rework the sidemarkers. the next step is to made a little dio plate for the super bee and then i can post the finished project. @cliff - thanks for your help with the steering wheel. i know my super bee is not a 100 pro replica from the original car and i´m happy to see your finished dodge. greets juergen
george 53 Posted April 19, 2010 Posted April 19, 2010 AAAWWWWRIGHT Juerg!!!! ANOTHER GREAT build off the bench! Looks JUST like it should! I'm always amazed on how you can get "The Look" just right! You SURE you ain't from here? Anyhow, this one's JUST as sharp as the others,I LIKE the way it came out!
juergen Posted April 21, 2010 Author Posted April 21, 2010 hi george, my dear friend !!! no i´m not from your country but i had so much impressions to your cars. the next step by the superbee i begin with a little dio plate. here are the first pics: little work is to do on the plate and the superbee and then it´s ready. greets juergen
Guest old man Posted April 21, 2010 Posted April 21, 2010 I AM NO MOPAR FAN BUT THAT IS A SUPER CLEAN BUILD WELL DONE
FASTBACK340 Posted April 22, 2010 Posted April 22, 2010 no i´m not from your country but i had so much impressions to your cars. greets juergen I don't care if your from another planet, you can BUILD my friend! That Bee is one sweeeet build. The paint finish and dept is just about perfectly in-scale. And the large diameter steel wheels w/ caps look awesome! Personally I have dog dishes on both my Dart and Barracuda and like the look. And your speaking my language: Mopar Way cooooool......
Guest Sickfish Posted April 22, 2010 Posted April 22, 2010 Juergen your 'Bee looks fantastic & the dio just adds that little bit more!! Very, very well done my friend! Glad I could help with the steering wheel problem ;-) Mate, models don't have to be anything more than what you want them to be-e ;-) I especially love the wider dog dishes, they give the 'Bee a "tougher" stance! What's your next project, maybe a '71 Cuda, done like the 'Bee, with some nice fat dog dishes?? :-) whatever it is I hope it's another Mopar?! Lol! Cheers Juergen, Cliffo! :-)
juergen Posted April 24, 2010 Author Posted April 24, 2010 hi guys !!! whow so much feedback to my superbee - it makes me very proud. many thanks to all of you. @fastback 340: yes i love the mopars also in 1:1, but in europe it´s so expensive to own or restore a 1:1 mopar. i invested my money in a 1:1 firebird convertible 400. your pics from your cars are so nice. the backround from your cuda looks great and perhaps i will do this backround for one of my next dio´s ??? @sickfish: thanks for your compliments and i´m looking so often to our great built superbee. my next model??? i don´t know about this. i will end first time the dio. mopar sounds good;-) greets juergen
juergen Posted October 5, 2010 Author Posted October 5, 2010 (edited) Hi guys ! after long time i can show here the last pics from the finished dio with the super bee. last months i restored a old tractor in 1:1 so i can´t built models too. greets juergen Edited October 5, 2010 by juergen
