yea, nice build. I too have the PL Torino in my closet. maybe it's time to get it out and BUILD IT?? well, that and finish my Dan Gurney Superbird, my Petty Charger and my #41 Al Unser Charger. oh man, now I'm depressed and overwhelmed. too many projects, so little time.......

Really good lookin' old Merc. I like it a lot. But, instead of using the factory Wimbledon White, which is kind of a "dirty" white, like you would expect, the Woods always used a bright white. Please don't take offense, it is still a beautful build.

Back when NASCARs used to be cars and not purpose-built race vehicles with car stylized car bodies grafted on.

Thanks for being so good natured and I really do like your build. But please don't take my picture as "real" reference because it's a pic of me and my model on one of my photoshopped covers. I'm just SO sneaky like that. :blink:
