Car Crazy 81 Posted June 7, 2010 Posted June 7, 2010 Heres another project that i'd started on over the weekend i'd got this in a trade from member KENNEDYJR. At this point im still undecided on how im gonna build this one. Maybe anybody on the forum can give me some ideas or suggestions.
W-409 Posted June 8, 2010 Posted June 8, 2010 I'm not a great Mopar fan but have to say that Dart is very nice car. Your build is looking good so far, keep us posted!
diymirage Posted June 8, 2010 Posted June 8, 2010 three are so many great ways to build this car but i think that the one thing that defines it right now are the rims those rims are great and they would make it a nice weekend warrior put on a small rake, two tone paint and some go fast parts without going all out
Romell R Posted June 8, 2010 Posted June 8, 2010 three are so many great ways to build this car but i think that the one thing that defines it right now are the rims those rims are great and they would make it a nice weekend warrior put on a small rake, two tone paint and some go fast parts without going all out I agree with Diymirage and I'd like to ,add that maybe the old lime green seen on many mopars(kinda like the color of this text) and I think a Hemi would feel right at home in the engine bay. (just my thoughts on the matter) whatever you do have fun doin it.
cruz Posted June 8, 2010 Posted June 8, 2010 I agree with Romell, this is one of the kits I will be putting together this summer and already have a nice shade of green for it that I bought from Scalefinishes. I have always loved the body style of this car....
W-409 Posted June 9, 2010 Posted June 9, 2010 If you are thinking a good colour on it, I think the best choice is dark green with Hemi scoop and white Bumble B- stripe. Like in this picture: http://www.fortunecity.com/silverstone/chrysler/45/dartgts.jpg
