highway Posted June 16, 2010 Posted June 16, 2010 That is cool, but after you build it, would you have a shelf big enough for it??
Greg Cullinan Posted June 16, 2010 Author Posted June 16, 2010 True and I don't think I'm brave enough to mess with that exacto!
David G. Posted June 16, 2010 Posted June 16, 2010 This should go under the... "You know you've been building model cars too long when..."
highway Posted June 16, 2010 Posted June 16, 2010 True and I don't think I'm brave enough to mess with that exacto! That's not an exacto, that's a weapon! I would hate for a friend of mine to get ahold of it, he usually finds a way to cut himself in the dombest of ways. He'd probably cut an arm off or something with a knife that big!!!
RodneyBad Posted June 17, 2010 Posted June 17, 2010 WOW! looks like it is molded in black plastic too. You would need a really big hobby room to have a stash of kits that big
Jim Gibbons Posted June 17, 2010 Posted June 17, 2010 The Colossal Man, 50 Foot Woman, and Godzilla have to have something to build!
DanielG Posted June 17, 2010 Posted June 17, 2010 Check out YouTube: James May Toy Stories Episode 1 Part 1. 1:1 Spitfire KIT built by kids and wheeled out of the hanger.
Greg Cullinan Posted June 17, 2010 Author Posted June 17, 2010 Pretty cool as well. Would this be easier or harder the say 1/25th? Check out YouTube: James May Toy Stories Episode 1 Part 1. 1:1 Spitfire KIT built by kids and wheeled out of the hanger.
impcon Posted June 17, 2010 Posted June 17, 2010 Pretty cool as well. Would this be easier or harder the say 1/25th? Just imagine that sucker in 1/12 scale???
Howard Cohen Posted June 17, 2010 Posted June 17, 2010 In 1999 I saw a T Bucket displayed as a model at the Grand National Roadster Show. The glue tube looks the same, so maybe it's the same guy.
