Chuck Most
The rundown one with the straight axle '57 out front is my favorite!
Rick Schmidt
I think the City council is gonna have to do something about that eyesore at the end of the block. It's an awesome touch it's one thing to see a nice Neighbor hood but not common to see a tore up house done like that. What scale is this ?? And sid you make it or can the rest of us get houses like this
DaveInTheHat
Thanks! The houses are 1:87 scale. I'm not sure if they are still in production or not. I picked up all 5 at a train show real cheap. They're all right out of the box with a few minor modifications. I took pictures while I was building them. charlie8575
I believe they're out of production right now, but they get re-issued periodically. I built all five when I was a kid. Boy was that trim fiddly, but they looked great on my layout! They're based on a real row of houses in San Francisco that plenty of pictures exist of. I want to say it's Telegraph Hill, but I'm not sure. Nice work, Dave. Charlie Larkin
