jbwelda
here we have another diorama i did a few years ago, this time on a laguna seca like road course: an overhead view: here you see the toyota s800 coming off the track and fouling a cone as the photographer (off camera) gets nervous: heres another shot this time from the photographers perspective: heres a worms eye view: the honda's pilot, i think he needs to get his hand back on the wheel! : the base was made up from an amt display case with bondo built up and textured, then painted. nothing spectacular but it serves the purpose. the cars are a tamiya honda s800, a fujimi toyota s800 and a (jeez i forget who made this...fujimi maybe?) subaru 360 that imo is the coolest thing here. both honda and toyota have complete engine detail, plumbing and wiring but the subaru is curbside. all three have been kitbashed a bit but essentially box stock, but pilots have been added to all three cars sometimes at the risk of great bodily harm (theirs not mine!)... Zoom Zoom
That's really cool! TheToyota looks like it's a nanosecond away from being centerpunched by the Honda  and he's not even giving 'er some opposite lock yet
jbwelda
the toyotas wheels are supposed to be full right lock, evidently the last time i set it on the base i forgot to do that. will go attend to it right away.
