Nice job Rod, I like the way you put the "Hemi" re-enforcements on the front of the springs. it's little things like that that make it believeable! Also like the tinwork on the doors! I built mine with a Hemi, single 4 bbl an a six-pack hood scoop. Didn't come out too bad either. I like where yer goin with this'n!!!laugh.gifwink.gif

very cool project Rodney!

i have three of the '68-'69 kits as unfinished projects still. the funny part is that the Hemi powered car is mini-tubbed like yours and my 440 powered project is tubbed :D the third one is a mostly stock '68.

Dave

I don't feel soo bad now :D

Just gettin back around to this since the new one is coming out, but I need a Decent intake.

Just don't know tho

Nice start - Are those sub-frame conectors in photo #2? - Color ideas yet? - Should be a nice ride when you get done - Please post more pic's as things progress - Thanks - Joe

This is a cool build up.

The little details are spectacular.

Like the pinon snubber plate on the differential,

the sub-frame connectors, and the nicely assembled roll cage.

The inboard relocated leaf springs are well done, too.

I'm building a second attempt at a replica of my 1:1 '69 Swinger 340.

the body is completed, and the vinyl top finished.

Nice start! I like this body, but '71 is better. ;) Those rear tires/wheels are just perfect ones and good choice for engine! Keep it going!
