baddgass Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 Found this kit on ebay. Suzuki wagon RR with a aero packer. It's a littie thing, never saw a kit like this. looked pretty cool! It's a 1/24 fujimi curbside. Though it my look good with opening doors and put a engine in it. And some iners.
mannyclub Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 Interesting...Will be cool to see what you do to this. Very cool that you are opening all the doors, adding an engine. Ill be watching this project come together. Manny

ARTEMIS1759 Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 That one looks pretty good compared to some I have seen from Japan. They got this screwed up idea of how to customize these vans. No ######, stuff like 15' dorsal fins off the roof and front bumpers that extend about 4-6 feet. Exhaust pipes that angle upwards to almost the height of the vehicle????
baddgass Posted July 15, 2010 Author Posted July 15, 2010 I put the aero kit on, open the doors the hood and the hatch. (MAY BE A SUNROOF OR NOT) Have to build a B-post, well hear the pics.
B_rad88 Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 (edited) WOW, that looks so wicked! i gotta get me one now! lol. keep up the fine work! oh any good tips on cutting open a tricky hood and hatch like that? Edited July 15, 2010 by B_rad88

Draggon Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 I like that kit. Should look pretty good wiht everything opening. I like some of the milder ones, they remind me of IMSA in the late 70's . Ck here: http://pinktentacle.com/2010/07/bosozoku-style-rides/
puddingwrestler Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 A Suzuki WagonR type RR? I must have one in time for talk like a pirate day!

Just use the back of a no.11 blade of x-acto knife, and drag it slow down the lines. I use paper clap for hatch.
Modelmartin Posted July 16, 2010 Posted July 16, 2010 There were a few coachbuilt cars back in the 20s and 30s which had 4 opening doors like yours and no center post. It's a great look. The latches are on the top and bottom of the doors.

whale392 Posted July 16, 2010 Posted July 16, 2010 Of the wheels shown, the white 5 stars look the best, followed by the 4 spokers.
made007 Posted July 17, 2010 Posted July 17, 2010 nice wheels i like the 4 spokes ones, they look similar to toyota tom's rims
