and yes, I know what it is.

But the green car was a mystery until I investigated. It was sweet

It is most likely a Glasspar G-2. Very slight chance that it's a Woodill Wildfire type I. Both bodies were built by Bill Tritt.

Well,I'm glad I didn't expect much of a thread, that's exactly right.

The Cheetah is obvious but the Glasspar not so much, the grille is quite different from other Glasspar G-2 kits. In any case, it's really hard to identify what's been done with a kit car.
