The Truck is sweet!

I really love the vintage Asian stuff, also. It is truly great to see how the Japanese viewed American and European design and interpreted/incorporated/adopted it into designs of their own.

Thanks guys...I agree seeker,There are some really cool looking vintage Japanese cars out there :D

Did a bit more work on the '41....

Cut window opening in bed,fabbed a fuel tank & mount,located a grille shell ,& started work on boom & winch.

Haven't decided on visor,what do you guys think,with or without?

Yea that truck is looking real cool and I do'nt even built

those type models.However I may use yours as reference to build me one if thats ok with you.

First coat of color on major parts & some small details done,still a ways to go but,getting there :)

small update...finished the engine,started the rigging,built some warning lights..yellow lenses donated by gray07,Thanks again,& bases made from parts box velocity stacks.

Still a bit to do,but getting there B)

That '41 Chevy truck looks very cool- very massive and very nice scratchbuilding there. But how "SixShooter" engine would move that truck? Maybe V8 would be better, but that's very nice and there is no any reason to change the engine, that fits just perfectly to the frame. Very good job.
