I like,I like.I have a 110'titan with a 280" wheelbase, and 72" tandem on the go also.Yours has mine beat by 2 axles,4 cylinders, and a wack of gears. If I'd stop starting new stuff,I'd have some paint on it by now,at least the frame is primed and the V12 is done and plumbed.Seeing yours has inspired me to get back at it.The race is on :P .I've also thought about a beam trailer also, but not sure where to start, they are the way to go for the payhauler

Dennis, thats the back half of the green glue bomb..lol, front half will be a daycab on the yellow ones chassis, w a 6-71 inline.... i'm going with the idea of a NW. mine truck , its going to have a chalmers rubber block setup, air ride third axle (true drive axle) the 16v is a project it self, tons of work to make it road truck useable. no color scheme yet, to early in game.its going to 4 fuel tanks, daul pipes, daul intakes. i'm going to tear up 2 lowboy kits to make a 4 axle beam trailer, and the payhaulers in the basement shop sitting waiting to be built. i also need to quit starting new projects and finishing a couple, but being on road all week i have hrs on end to come up with ideas, and i put them in a note book, this one got best of me when dennis sent me a couple Jimmys. lol mistermodel, no race here, lol i only get a few hrs a week to work on um..

Wicked kool. But 2 questions, Where did you get the engine, and is that cab resin? or did you stretch it yourself?

Markus, its a resin 16v i got from Dave @ AITM. and the cab i stretched myself, if you look close you can see mating lines.

plenty of sanding and filling till i'm happy with it.

Heres some more pic's of Big Boy i tried my hand @ a twin steering setup,(didnt want to wait for parts..lol)the drag links will be tied together and the second box will be hyd, controled for more or less an assist, and an unusal tri drive setup useing two hendrickson setups w/ the center axle on a common pivot, i think in theory they might work, don't think there'd be enough travel to bind..if so..ehh its not real...lol

opinions?

Thanks dennis, it has two steering boxes, and will have hyd assist on the tie rods, i guess its kinda overkill but heck thats my middle name. the floats are the smallest i could find, once there painted i'll make a final decision. the name of the game is HEAVY hauler so be it. i didnt want to go w/ a 1200 rear tire set cause i thought it would sit to hi and also kill the gearing.
