curt raitz Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 (edited) Occasionally, I need to build a Tamiya Motorbike...especially after a very involved build, i.e. Lombardo's Allison Special. I find the motorbike kits from Tamiya to be very comforting and relaxing to build, but usually I'll throw in a twist,. With this one I found a set of decals from "Museum Collection" (MCLDC-439) to build a version of Norick Abe's 1998 Yamaha YZR500. Hope you enjoy... thanx for lookin' Edited October 14, 2010 by curt raitz
oldscool Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 Man that is great! I love the 2 stroke Gran Prix bikes. I've got to try building one of those some day. oldscool
silverinho Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 Quite a resurrection here! I've just ordered these Norick decals but am unsure if they come with a painting guide. Would you be able to let me know what you did with regards to paint choice and layout, please? Your result looks fantastic.
