Peterbilt 377 daycab

Here is #2 for 2011. I started this in 2004 modifying the hood, cab and fairings and making the bumper and painting the body. It sat in the box until last fall when I built the chassis.

Here is where polishing pays off - I polished with 3M rubbing compound, Surf City Garage Beyond Clay and Mothers Carnuba Wax.

Very carefully ! Anymore I knock down the rivets a bit during initial construction so that they aren't so tall, that way I lessen the chance of polishing through and exposing them. I still do.. and have to carefully apply touch-up paint to them later.
