Yeah, I think I'm out of my rut!

I don't think I need to explain WHAT I'm doing, so here's the how...

I got the 'Bee from Eric Stone in a trade- he'd cut the trans tunnel out of the chassis. I trimmed what was left down and also trimmed the bottom of the backseat. With that, the Pro Street chassis fit flush against the Monaco interior tub, and settled into the body like it was made to be there. The 'Bee's wheelbase didn't even need adjustment for the Monaco body, aside from the aformentioned mods, it's totally OOB! I'm also using the 'Bee's engine bay, probably not correct for this car, but looks a LOT better than the MPC promo bay, anyhow.

Eventually It'll play host to a Plum Crazy paint job and a blown Mopar 440, but I'm tackling the HARD stuff first!

Sorry Bill, not this time. But I do have something similar in mind for a MOnaco later on!78Monaco003-vi.jpgThe interior was actually done in the last post, here's a shot of it. I used the SB seats, a gauge cluster, and the rest is all Monaco. The Hurst ratched came from a Revell '67 Chevelle pro street.

I've used that chassis before as well under an MPC 67 Charger. It took about five minutes of triming to make it fit perfectly. Great platform.
