fat50 Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 It was nice to find the bumper and door handles that weren't show on the box. Some Torque Thrusts out of the parts box took care of the gold chainer rims..
Kanedge Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 Really nice, I like the contrasting interior.
crazyjim Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 Ohhhhh. I have that kit. I didn't know it builds that nice. You did a terrific job on it.
Sixties Sam Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 A beauty! Great paint, and the interior colors look good with it! Nice work! Sam
Chris C Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 That looks great! The change of wheels made a huge difference, the ones that come in the kit are rubbish! Awesome job, thumbs up!
fat50 Posted February 1, 2011 Author Posted February 1, 2011 Thanks for the kind word guys!! The colors were our wedding colors so I dubbed the car "the wedding car"
TheCat Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Chris - That's an AMAZING looking Ford. I love the exterior Color and Interior design. What color is that on the exterior? It looks like a metallic Black. Is it from Testor's or Tamiya?
Dr. Cranky Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Excellent, beautiful and classy! Congrats.
fat50 Posted February 3, 2011 Author Posted February 3, 2011 Chris - That's an AMAZING looking Ford. I love the exterior Color and Interior design. What color is that on the exterior? It looks like a metallic Black. Is it from Testor's or Tamiya? It's the new (well not so new anymore) Testors one coat laquer. The can says "Blazing Black". I was thinking it was a non-matellic black... Suprise It's a metallic. I let it sit for a few days to see if I still liked it and it grew on me.
