Jose, it is flocking, You want to paint the interior as close to the color of flocking as possible. Then I take elmers glue and brush it on the areas I want flocked and then put the flocking in a strainer and let it snow over the area. I usually use Ken's Kustom Fuzzy Fur.

nice chop top rivi. i dig the old school look. looks like something out of boulevard knights. ;)

i have one of these kits. horrible chassis detail though.

just a tip on flocking, go to micheals and look for martha stewarts flocking and embosing powder. cant go wrong with the price and quantity compared to others. its what i used in my celica build. i mixed black and pewter and got a direct match to what toyota uses for carpet.

Thanks bro on that tip... Ive heard of Embossing powder, just never tried it... Ill hit up Micheal's and pick some up.... Is that Martha Stewart Flocking just one color or is there different colors as well??

no prob. yeah theres different colors. i think at the time, i even saw some flouresent color.. ;);) but yeah, plenty enough for different styles.

Got the grill done... Took some square rod and cut each piece and rounded each piece out to make them work... I think it looks alright.... Looking for some feedback on it....

The grill kind of looks like a chubby guy with bad teeth. It doesn't seem to go with the rest of the build - which looks kind of mean and sinister. Great job on the body mods. Maybe with some paint the grill will have a different look.

Sorry, but I gotta agree with the Coyote. The grill looks like funny teeth. Doesn't really "Flow" with the lines of the car. The car IS sleek, but the grill just doesn't seem to match the cars lines. But hey bro, that's just my opinion, if YOU like it, well, THAT'S all that counts! But I tell ya that's one good lookin ride! I like it so far(with the exception of the grill):D:blink:;)

I'ld like to see it with that same grill cut down to say 2mm widths with even spacing, paint could change everything but as said it looks a bit clunky as is, but its your build ,you're the one has to be happy with it.
