Most of my favorites were built between the '66 and '69 model years, though I like a few a couple years either side of that range, too ('64 to '72).

I like the GM cars in particular and Chevies especially but there are also quite a few Ford, Mopar, and AMC cars of that era that I really like.

Right now, this is my favorite... mainly because it's Mine! ;):D

1971 Mach 1 Mustang, 351C-2V Ram Air (pushing an estimated 400hp), AOD, 9-inch w/3.00 "cruising" gears. "Built, not bought"

As far as Muscle Cars go: I'm a fan of pretty much anything with a long hood, short trunk, 2-doors, and a hopped-up V8 with some big, fat tires out back.

Very nice.

Every time this subject comes up I'm amazed how many people don't know the difference between a muscle car (factory built high performance car) and a street machine ( home built high performance car).

Amen Brother! I agree 100%. Awesome Mach I. One great looking car.

I had a '73 Mach I back in the '80's, now I drive a '91 5.0 Coupe.
