walt francis Posted March 15, 2011 Author Posted March 15, 2011 I was at Michaels and picked these chain mailles up and they work great for my dash. have been trying to figure how to trim the dash on the Cord ...I am pretty happy with my find....Sizes are .08-.10

Terror Posted March 16, 2011 Posted March 16, 2011 Looks pretty cool Walt. Not For nothin, but I like to foil after the primer, less paint to wipe off.I tried it before the primer an it seemed harder to get off??
Jim Gibbons Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 Impressive what you're doing with this kit. Streetrod is the way to go with the Pyro. If you want to build one stock, the old Monogram kit is pretty nice. Just a hint; on the 1:1, the headlight covers are flush with the fenders, so you might consider deeply scribing around them, then sanding them down.
walt francis Posted March 22, 2011 Author Posted March 22, 2011 Here is the interior color but I think it looks a little old for a rod, I am thinking of a nice peanutbutter color and it will have black carpets.
walt francis Posted March 23, 2011 Author Posted March 23, 2011 Just one pic!!! Keep it coming my friend! Randy LOL, won't touch that one
Ryan S. Posted March 23, 2011 Posted March 23, 2011 Looking good so far, Walt. I think it makes a beautiful street rod, so I would go that way with it. But that's just me! Keep it up.
walt francis Posted March 27, 2011 Author Posted March 27, 2011 A little brown paint and some pastel chalk and some buffing and the cord interior changes,Just didn't like that green look
