I have made some more progress on the Paystar. I have also tried my hand at weathering for the first time. I am trying to make it look like a working truck but with a proud owner who washes it regularly.

Overall mockup shots with trailer which only needs minor detailing and weathering to be finished.

Tried making the dash look like burlwood woodgrain. What do you think?

I also played around with the kit front wheels and floats. I opened up all the holes on the wheels and lightly weather them. I may paint the hubs black to match the rears or i may use the Italeri wheels next to them in the shot. What do you guys think?

You're logger looks really nice. I like the subtile weathering, and the details. That dash is really pretty (I didn't think I'd ever say that about a Paystar). Excellent job so far.

Your Paystar is coming along very well. The colour combination is great and really matches the rig. Where'd you get the rear tires? Definately gives it that logger look!

The rear tires are the kit paystar tires. This truck started as a mixer and I added the stinger to the rear and left off the mixer parts on the front behind the bumper. Thanks.....Jay

I got some of the main assembly done over the weekend. All thats left are the wipers mud flaps, a few bits under the hood and final touchup. Thanks for all the comments! Jay
