i bought this kit for the motor and some interior pieces but i ended up like the kit and building it. ill get another one lol.

so the revell eclipse gsx.... its a decent kit. the interior is pretty much dead on compared to 1:1. the engine imo has some good detail. i had minor fitment issues with the motor but i worked it out. the only thing i didnt really like about this kit was that there was no back seat or stock bumpers. the tires are also a little on the small side.

this was built right out of the box. i took the tires from the revell sti to fill the wheel wells out.

i chose the 95 eagle talon looking bumper since im not a big fan of body kits. i wanted this to look stock.

my inspiration

that looks very nice

not sure about the "not liking bodykits" and still going with the sideskirts and rear apron....are they molded in or was there a reason you added them ?

and at the risk of going off topic

when i first moved here o had a 94 mirage that i put a 96 (i think) talon front bumper on

aswell as aftermarket skirts from a 98 eclipe and a WRX scoop

well the side skirts are molded on but they are still similar to the eclipse side skirts so i just left them they way they are. same witht he rear bumper. its not exact but close enough. i didnt wanna do anything special to modify the car.

the bumper you have on your car is from a 92 or 93 eclipse

Pretty neat build, I like the stock look of a tuner myself, but then again if done right kitted japanese cars can look sweet. We can't get Eclipse GSX cars in Australia, so owning one is a bit of a pipe dream. Our laws are just ridiculous too, I'd have to import one that was stock with not even a lick of fresh paint on it.

Great build though mate!
