Chuck Most
Exactly. It would be a great excuse to bring back the old ex-MPC late '60s/early '70s Chevy with the tow truck parts . Or the old Jeepster Commando with the snowplow!
Dr. Cranky
I got home, opened the great box from Model Round Up, and in it I found two of my babies waiting. I love this kit. I took one and tucked it under my pillow for the night. Now this morning my ear is beet red and I have a brain full of ideas for builds! Can't wait. ranma
The decales are very nice my only issue is the unfixed weak rear axle . you get a large card of the covers boxart and 6 sets of instructions. nice reissue for it best part is the decales though. route66modeler
Hi, You pick that kit up and it is heavy. Not sure they needed to put 6 diff sets of instructions in it. waste of paper. Steve
B-dub
strange mine didn't come with 6 sets of instructions and I just recently picked mine up maybe 2 weeks ago

Not all in the same print. First kit that I ever got like this.
ranma
Wish they would have made a tow truck option for it.
PatRedmond
Thanks to Ed Shaver I have a tow truck option. :P
Harry P.
6 for spanish, german, french, italin ect. other than that they are genaric. They could save themselves a lot of paper if they made the instructions exploded views with each step numbered in the order of assembly. No English, German, French, Spanish, or Swahili required. Chuck Most
I've bought two of these- each included one instruction sheet. Never fails I get the oddballs...

62rebel
i dunno, Harry; that was a symptom of the decline in kit quality in the late '70's.... take out the text and take away the coolness of named accessory parts...... but i don't know why we'd need six languages for kits sold HERE..... ranma
I've bought two of these- each included one instruction sheet. Never fails I get the oddballs... do you really want the 5 extra? seems a waste of paper to me

jeffs396
This thread never really "reviewed" this reissue with pics or anything, but since the new issue of MCM reviewed it and mentioned that a Suburban transkit would be a welcome piece in the aftermarket, I thought I'd post a pic of a built RMR 'burb: Thread here: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=32102&hl=suburban&st=
