66 ford bronco half cab

I got this cool plastic toy monster truck, the body has almost the same lines as an early bronco.

here is the body off the toy monster truck.

I am going to make the body look more like a bronco and cut the back end off to make a half cab.

I'd like to see where this goes. Interesting idea. I like those old broncos and they are a black hole in the styrene world. My grandpa had a brown one with white spoke wheels and white rear fender flare - that's what I remember about it.

I've been thinking of modify this kit to '66 Bronco... And of course it would be Rock Crawler... Like that in the picture below. The project looks very interesting, keep it going. I'm watching this one surely! BTW, where you get those correct tires?
