I'm really interested in seeing how this turns out.

I own a 2007 Dodge Dakota and was looking to do something similar to what you are doing with the lindburg kit and the Magnum front end so that I could have a model that looks like my actual truck. The magnum front clip is very similar to my Dakota....

...tricky part is going to be figuring out how to eliminate those front fender flares

Drago/Boss... Not only are you guys such talented builders, you are also very funny guys! Lol! 

Cesar... Why is it unfortunate you are bros with Drago? Lol! He's good guy! 

You maybe should not bet Drago who will finish first... I think he will finish his Dako-num before you finish your Fastback 'Stang  Lol!

I am very happy to be bros with 2 Brazilian bros now , we are all Mopar bros too! 

Now please Drago... Beat Bosso  Lol!

Bosso it's ok to be skinny & handsome... Just have some more cervejas... You will be more "manly" & handsome too! Hahahaha! 

Great work on chassis Drago, keep it up bro! 

Cheers Cliffo 

Cliffo, unfortunate because his speech too much!! LOL!!! Just kidding!!! He is my bro!!! Just like you!!! Now I'm 50kg... Needs more beers for sure!!!

He won't finish this Dako before I finish my Stang. I can bet again with him and I'll win again!!! Like as 2009... he paid me with a '68 Charger on our last bet. LOL!!!

Prego!!! Dako's frame looks real bro!! You need to install crank pulley on this Hemi to build your IFS. Don't forget!!!

Cheers!!!

... and the new parts for rear suspension

In order to start the front suspension, it is needed to know exactly where the engine must be fixed

Beautiful work Drago. You and Cesar look like your having way too much fun in those pictures. Lets get the bet underway. Cesar, I have faith in you bro. Get on the bench and get to work on the Stang. Of course, I just want to see some progress so I can copy all your ideas. :)

Hi Alexandre, this project is really shaping up nice and I love your scratchbuilding efforts on the inner bed, as well as the frame and suspension.

Great work.

Hey I was interested in asking where you aquired the 392 HEMI engine, looks like it may have been an aftermarket set from seeing it in that bag, but I also see from the shots of your work desk that you have some molds so maybe you cast this engine yourself?

Hi guys.

David, once you creat an account, you can manage in your control panel the forum language. You and all fellas around here are wellcome to join us at Small Dreams.com!

Steve you are almost right. The engine is a kind of aftermarket, but so far is just an effort to get start into the market... Bossolani and I are trying to launch some new and good parts... This engine specifically is casted by my friend Bossolani.

FRONT SUSPENSION:

the parts (thanks Boss for the resin A-arms)

Dagnum_058-vi.jpg

A-arms sectioned and drilled

Dagnum_059-vi.jpg

Dagnum_059b-vi.jpg

Well, this is the result after 3 hours of cutting, filling, sanding, testing, etc etc.

Hi fellas....

I have started to think in the color....... in order to match the sheet decal graphics, I shall use any color with beige, brown or even gold tone. And searching in my stock, I have found these:

Dagnum_063-vi.jpg

Dagnum_064-vi.jpg

Still need to decide. Almost all colors could match, but 4 of them are closer (red circle)

Well, besides the color, I figured out that the hood edge is not matching with grille shell. Dagnum_065-vi.jpg

So, I put some putty and also have started to make the hood ledge

Dagnum_066-vi.jpg

Dagnum_067-vi.jpg

Now, just wait all get dry and start to sanding...

This is an effort to bring more realism to the hood: the internal structure...
