Ryan S. Posted May 15, 2011 Posted May 15, 2011 Hi all, Just barely made the deadline on this one to get it submitted for the Revell contest. I'm really happy with how this came out. What a fun kit to build. Pictures are below, and here is a link to the WIP: WIP Here's a list of what I changed: Parts box seats, engine from '60 Starliner,M.A.D. distributor, parts box air cleaner, Pegasus "hella" wheels, aluminum drive shaft, frame bars and exhaust pipes, scratch built wire radiator support, scratch built air bags and shocks, orange pin stripe done with electrical tape, orange thread for piping on interior. Paint is Model Master Silver Blue over Lacquer Diamond Dust, topped with Testors enamel clear. This is my first '32 and there will definitely be more. Thanks for looking, and comments and critiques are always welcome.
Foxer Posted May 15, 2011 Posted May 15, 2011 Nicely done. That braiding in the interior looks super!

Custom Mike Posted May 18, 2011 Posted May 18, 2011 Beautiful color combo Ryan! The pinstripe is a great touch too, great work, and good luck in the contest! I was going to use those same rims on mine, now I know how they would have looked!
