W-409 Posted March 15, 2012 Posted March 15, 2012 It looks very good so far. This is absolutely one of the coolest builds in this forum. Great looking Daytona when that body is mocked up, I really can't wait to see it painted.

vintagedragfan Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 you gonna give us a hint on the paint bro???
Danno Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 Looking great, Rom. Just watch out for those judges at Desert Scale Classic! I hear they're tough.
Romell R Posted March 16, 2012 Author Posted March 16, 2012 you gonna give us a hint on the paint bro??? All I can say is theres gonna be rivets, carbon fiber, and ripped away paint
1320wayne Posted March 17, 2012 Posted March 17, 2012 (edited) All I can say is theres gonna be rivets, carbon fiber, and ripped away paint Maybe something along these lines. And, if you need some rivot graphics I can print off a sheet of these rivot decals that I created. The image is smaller than it appears. It is scaled to 24th scale but should still represent pretty good in 16th scale. Edited March 17, 2012 by 1320wayne
Romell R Posted March 17, 2012 Author Posted March 17, 2012 Hey Nice build wayne I remember this one.....That is kinda close to what I have planned , Thanks for the offer buddy but i'll be painting all the rivets with my air brush
FASTBACK340 Posted March 18, 2012 Posted March 18, 2012 In another post I was ripping on modelers that get it blatantly wrong. Not you Dude.... THIS is how to build an ACCURATE, well detailed replica. THANK YOU for blow-by-blow updates as this type of posting is priceless. Saying this is an awesome build is becoming redundant. Now for paint.
