While updating the photos for this thread, I realized there are a few things to redo. Mainly the rear tires need replacing. I sanded them down with too rough of a sandpaper and none of the four sets of decals would stick. This needs to get fixed. There are a few other things I like to update as well. I'll get these done eventually. Stay tuned. I'm not quite done.

This is a great thread! The altered cars are some of my favorite. This is a great car I love it BTW thanks so much for the straight axle drawings I must give this a try.

Thx Joe. Glad you enjoyed it and let me know how your front end works out. On my '25 Chopped Ford street rod, I modified how I did the turn buckle by using brass and soldering them. Much stronger.

Thanks so much Craig. I contacted a local small printer and asked the owner about purchasing some used printing plates. He offered them for free once I showed him some pictures of what I use them for. I still paid him enough to buy a 6 pack.

What size is that tubing you used on the oil pressure gauge. Awesome build

Hello Jimmy, no one has mentioned that our Brad has passed. RIP Brad Norgaard.

I knew Brad well, we had constant exchanges on another site, right up until his untimely death. Brad designed the decals for my 1:16 Pacers F/A, a 100% brass scratch build project, from about 4 years back.  If you'll accept, I'll take a look and get back to you in a PM....I have knowledge with brass.

Yes, very sad news. Brad was a fine modeller and always helpful. Brad was the fellow that years ago, taught me how to fabricate a working front suspension. I've been doing exactly such now for years.

Mike..
