Greg Pugh
I was just curious how this works/came out with the alligator clip holding your trunk lid on your painted surface.....?
Greg Pugh
Nevermind. I just realized that the deck lid is from a '64.
lowriderphil
its all good Greg, just a junk part I had laying around, I wanted to see how the color compared to the lid on the can, the shade is right but it doesn't have the satin finish like that lid though. lowriderphil
Just finished waxing this one, a friend gave me this professional grade wax, kinda hard to get a good pic indoors, the clear only required mild wet sanding and this is just one 10 minute waxing. lowriderphil
Hum . . . glass finish. What kind of product is the Porzelac? A friend of a friend retired and closed his body shop, and gave my friend a bunch of these cans.
lowriderphil
Nearing the end of the road on this one, got the engine compartment all wired up tonight. All that's left is to install glass, paint headliner and final touches. I still need to find the header piece for between the bumper/grill, its here somewhere.
