Foxer Posted July 13, 2011 Posted July 13, 2011 It's a bummer, but maybe next year. Too many laws to get off the books first.. eheh. Here's a link to the story.
bigphoto Posted July 13, 2011 Posted July 13, 2011 That is too bad as it would be very beneficial to most parties involved. Having been involved in past events here in West Michigan I understand your frustration!
charlie8575 Posted July 13, 2011 Posted July 13, 2011 One more reason to love Massachuestts... I'll start by writing my state rep and see what we can begin accomplishing. It makes me wonder how they still manage to do the Dead Horse Hill Climb in Worcester every three years. That's essentially a time trial/race up a very steep hill. Although the law cited in the Hemmings article (1915) would explain why the original climb ended in 1915, and why the modern event is limited to pre-1915 cars. Charlie Larkin
ra7c7er Posted July 13, 2011 Posted July 13, 2011 It's always hard to organize anything done on city streets. Hopefully they get it off next year.
