Craig Irwin Posted August 15, 2011 Posted August 15, 2011 OK, I know its been posted here before but danged if I can remember who. Help an old guy out?
Mike Kucaba Posted August 15, 2011 Posted August 15, 2011 I think someone on ebay smallblockdodge? Probably others.
my name is nobody Posted August 15, 2011 Posted August 15, 2011 (edited) I started this one with A/FX stuff. apparently they are not an ideal business model. Edited August 16, 2011 by CJTORINO
Craig Irwin Posted August 15, 2011 Author Posted August 15, 2011 I think that smallblockdodge has a web site, I can't find him on ebay right now. A/FX is too risky to deal with.

whale392 Posted August 16, 2011 Posted August 16, 2011 If you order from AFX.....you are better served to take your money and burn it. You will get a better return than you would dealing with AFX (insert personal experience emoticon here; no fluff or B.S, just fact).
Craig Irwin Posted August 16, 2011 Author Posted August 16, 2011 The speed city one is out of my budget, and the chrome parts aren't plated. smallblockdodge doesn't list them. It looks like I'll get the grilles and tailamp parts from modelhaus and go it alone.
caine440 Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 http://smblockdodgeresins.webs.com/apps/photos/photo?photoid=72199944 Email them and see if it is still available.
Mopar - D Posted August 28, 2011 Posted August 28, 2011 http://banditresins.com/resin_bodies.html. Here is a site with a 1967 Cuda body
Steve Prideaux Posted August 28, 2011 Posted August 28, 2011 Perry's Resin, lists a 68 conversion on his website. perrysresin.com Steve Prideaux
Elliot949 Posted September 21, 2011 Posted September 21, 2011 smallblockdodge products are substandard... best to start with Kennys (banditresin) 67 Cuda... Kennys stuff is top notch and he ships quickly...
Rob Hall Posted September 21, 2011 Posted September 21, 2011 Anyone tried adapting the engine, engine compartment and chassis from the Revell '68 Hemi Dart to one of the MPC/AMT Cudas? I've toyed w/ the idea but haven't fished any Cudas out of storage to do some test fitting....
Sport Suburban Posted September 22, 2011 Posted September 22, 2011 I started a kitbash using the 69 Barracuda and the 71 Duster kits. It's not easy and takes lots of fitting. Here are some pics of the work I did. I had to hollow out the rear vallance panel and trim the rear section of the chassis. I also shortened the wheelbase of the Duster chassis the with of my hacksaw blade. This project stalled for a few years and has been sitting. I recently got the Bandit Resin 69 Notchback and that killed this one somewhat. I recently pulled it out of my pyle and started converting it to a 68. It will mostlikely end up being a S/S Barracuda now.
