29 misfit ford

Started a new project today, not really a rod, not really a rat, just kinda my own spin.

Started with the Revell 29 Ford Rat rod pickup. So far I have

• Z'd the rear of the frame
  
• Channeled the body on the frame and moved it back
  
• made new motor mounts and trans cross member for the 2.3l turbo 4cyl from the Monagram 85 SVO mustang
  
• combined the kit rear suspension with a parts-box quick change rear and 1/8th inch aluminum rod.

I hate everything having to be labeled too. I'd call it a home built car, but that would be a label too!

Looks like a cool project. I've toyed with the idea of a 2.3 turbo in a 30 coupe, but haven't committed to doing it.

I'd off the radiator too, move it to the back, just some headlights and it will be a blast!
