Not too shiny, low budget nostalgia ride, just a cool summer cruiser adorned with the local annual cruise logos...

Except for the "Bomb Girl" all the graphics were masked and sprayed, Tamiya satin/flat lacquers sealed with Future then scuffed with a Scotch-Brite pad.

Is this your usual tiny model, or 1/24-25 scale?

BTW... gotta agree with Dave. The wheels, um, well... another choice might have been more, uh, appropriate.

But hey. That's just one man's opinion... ;)

Agreed, I selfishly kept the Halibrands from the kit for another project. I am donating it to someone who won't mind the wheels. (I really don't like those wheels...)

It's 1/25, a Revell snap kit.

I think it's pretty cool that you made a model of a car that is on the level of many daily drivers that go to cruise-ins. As for the wheels, I like them because I'm not a big fan of a big side wall without whitewalls...plus they are close to what I have on my truck.
