Scott Colmer Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 You nailed the proportions on this. Work of art. Well done!
n8dogginz Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 Turned out great! Was interesting to watch as well.
Skydime Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 I somehow missed this one getting done...absolute insane amount of modification and it certainly paid off. I can't even describe how good it looks right now.
customsrus Posted September 29, 2011 Author Posted September 29, 2011 I want to thank eveyone who has commented on this build, but now that this is done I can get back to work on the custom chevy truck. THANKS again to everyone for your comments.
customsrus Posted September 29, 2011 Author Posted September 29, 2011 Nicely "imagineered," but what keeps water out of the engine intakes during a rainstorm? Or can this one only be driven on a clear day? Who drives a vette in the rain anyway. I guess I can always put holes in the bottom of the intakes. It might work.
customsrus Posted September 29, 2011 Author Posted September 29, 2011 (edited) I would need step-by-step photos. Or at least better photos of the finished product. Wow I might have to hire me a photographer, but it would be interesting to see my work in the mag. Edited September 29, 2011 by customsrus

bsoder Posted October 6, 2011 Posted October 6, 2011 I think the Vette looks better this way...great job man B)
mytricia Posted October 9, 2011 Posted October 9, 2011 a great execution of a great idea.not one thing i would've done differently-love the color-everything's -"P-E-R-F-E-C-T"
hvymtl Posted October 9, 2011 Posted October 9, 2011 This is the coolest vette since the 62 gran sport . really thought out well although i think Ralph Nader would come out of retirement to complain about the rear mounted fuel tank. maybe in the mid ship bulkhead behind the passenger compartment also help with the weight balance. just my opinion . But i really love the look of it , maybe a Carrera GT beater . later Michael
customsrus Posted February 18, 2012 Author Posted February 18, 2012 have not had anything new to post in awhile so I thought I would just repost some of my later builds. Thanks for looking.
Alyn Posted February 18, 2012 Posted February 18, 2012 This is a cool one, John. Nice execution of some seriously good engineering. It'll be a head turner for sure.
