    another way that seems to work pretty well on most paints is a soak in original<not off brand> pine-sol.

    a great subject to do.you can do some amazing things with this.another idea about your hood--depending on how long ago you got it,contact who you bought it from.they can see the pics. on this site and maybe they can get you a new one.it won't hurt to try.good luck. marty
